Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Small parcels are sent using Royal Mail with the options of 1st Class Signed for or 2nd Class Signed for. Larger parcels will be sent using a courier service. Standard delivery is £7 for 1st Class or £5 for 2nd Class, with £3 added for each extra item. I aim to post orders within 5 working days. You are welcome to collect your order from Bridge Pottery, Gower. Please contact me after placing your order to organise a date and time.

Delivery for frogs is free.

International orders

I am only offering shipping to the UK at the moment through my online shop. If you wish to make an international order, please contact me before placing an order.

Insurance

Unfortunately, it is not possible to insure ceramics for delivery. I take full responsibility for the pot arriving safely.

Packaging

I use recycled materials and reuse packaging wherever I can.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your pots, you are welcome to return for a full refund. Customers are entirely responsible for the return of any items, including postage and packaging costs and ensuring the item arrives unused and undamaged. I will not able to offer refunds on any items that arrive to us damaged.
